Our Flash Card app introduces your child to a variety of words, including the names of fruits and vegetables, farm animals, and clothing.  By matching like objects, children practice critical thinking skills, and they learn how to pronounce these vocabulary words – some new and some familiar.

In addition, youngsters reinforce what is learned by matching puzzle pieces for each object to create the desired picture.

This app practices the following:

• matching geometric shapes to their corresponding shapes – squares, circles, stars;
• building speaking skills by pronouncing each new word that is introduced;
• using background knowledge of toys, colors, and animals to match two like pictures;
• forming critical thinking skills by choosing the appropriate puzzle pieces to complete flash cards.
