How do I restore my purchase?

Please follow these instructions in order to restore your IAP (in-app purchase):

1) Set up the account from which the purchase was performed on the device.

2) Download the app with the above-mentioned account.

3) Turn ON your internet connection before the app launch.

4) Launch the app and tap the “restore purchases” button that is mainly located on the main menu (depends on the app).

Please kindly note that in-app purchases can be restored/transferred only within the store where they have been performed

I can not restore my purchased application back. What am I doing wrong?

It is required to be logged in with the account that was used during the initial purchase. The purchased product will be seen in the order history indicating its title and price. The app requests data about purchase status for the current account. Please make sure you use the correct account, you see the purchased product in your order history and you have followed all the instructions provided above. If this does not help, then please  provide us with a screenshot from your order history illustrating the purchased product and a screenshot of the main screen of the app you are trying to restore. Can I share my in-app purchases using the Apple Family Sharing Program?

Yes. Please follow these instructions:
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Family Sharing, then tap Set Up Your Family.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your family and invite your family members.

How can I transfer my in-app purchases to my other Apple devices?

Please make sure that your other Apple devices are signed in with the same Apple ID that made the initial purchases. Then install the app and press the “Restore Purchases” button, that is mainly located on the main menu (though this may vary depending on the app).
It’s important to note that in-app purchases can be restored or transferred only within the same store where they have been performed, as each application store has its own billing and account systems

How can I get a refund for an accidental purchase?

Unfortunately, all the processes related to payments are out of our control. Please follow the store’s refund policy and contact the App Store support team directly to address any payment-related issues or refund requests.

How can I lock my device to a single app?

Please note that you can use “Guided Access”, as it limits your device to a single app and lets you control which features are available.

Are your apps available in the Apple School Manager?

Unfortunately no, as in-app purchases aren’t compatible with this service.

I can’t restore my purchased application back. What am I doing wrong?

Please try the following 

1) Force stop the apps and launch.

2) Reinstall directly from the Google Play Store.

3) Clear cache of your Google Play Store app and download/ launch the app.

4) Check if you have logged in all the required services of your device, then reinstall / launch the app.

Your purchases will be restored automatically upon launch once the Google Play Store will be able to synchronize download and purchase events. If this does not help, then please provide us with a screenshot from your order history illustrating the purchased product and a screenshot of the main screen of the app you are trying to restore.(email- [email protected])

Can I share my in-app purchases using the Google Play Family Library?

Unfortunately it’s not eligible to share in-app purchases in the Google Play Family Library. Each app store has its own sharing capabilities and that goes beyond our control.

How do I get a refund for an accidental purchase?

How can I cancel my subscription from Google Play Market?

You can find all the information about your purchases in your Google Account’s order history within the Google Play Market app. 

Please find below steps to cancel subscription for Google Play Market: 

  1. Open the Google Play app. 
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon. 
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions. 
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel. 
  5. Tap Cancel subscription. 
  6. Follow the instructions.
