Subscription Terms

This page summarizes the key subscription terms for all Bimi Boo subscription-based apps. This is a simplified overview – please refer to our full Terms of Use for complete details.

HOW BILLING WORKS

Where We Process Payments:

If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play:

  • They handle all payments
  • They manage your billing
  • We don’t have access to your payment information

If you subscribe through our web-to-web campaign page:

  • Stripe (our secure payment processor) handles payments
  • We don’t store your credit card information

When You’re Charged:

  • You pay at the start of each period (monthly or yearly)
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel
  • Renewal happens within 24 hours before your current period ends
  • You’ll be charged the same amount unless we’ve notified you of a price change

Important: Your subscription keeps renewing until YOU cancel it. We don’t send reminders before charging you.

HOW TO CANCEL

If you subscribed through App Store or Google Play:

  • Go to your phone’s Settings
  • Find your subscriptions (usually under your Apple ID or Google Account)
  • Select our app and cancel there
  • Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription!

If you subscribed on our web-to-web campaign page:

  • Log into your account on our Academy website
  • Click “Unsubscribe”
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • You stop future charges
  • You keep access until your current period ends
  • You can resubscribe anytime

REFUNDS

App Store Purchases: 

  • Contact Apple or Google directly for refunds
  • We can’t process these refunds ourselves
  • Each store has its own refund policy

Web-to-Web Campaign Purchases: 

  • We may offer refunds within 7 days of your first payment only
  • No refunds on renewals (second month, second year, etc.)
  • Email us at [email protected] with your purchase details: your name, email used for purchase, purchase date, transaction ID, reason for refund request
