3D Animation Supervisor

The Bimi Boo team offers project work for talented Animation Supervisors working in Maya Autodesk.

Job responsibilities:

  • Controlling creative and technical components of animation
  • Delivering episodes to the animation director
  • Leading outsource team in the creation and implementation of 3D animation
  • Guiding outsource team to meet milestones on time and of quality
  • Understanding how to deliver quality animations and guide the visual and technical quality for the animation team
  • Mentoring, managing and reviewing development of 3D layout and developed animation

What do you have:

  • 4+ years of 3D animation experience with 1 or more years of team lead or animation supervision experience
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and 3D animation production pipeline
  • Ability to work in close cooperation with the animation director and the production manager
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with multiple teams
  • Openness to direction and feedback, willingness to embrace challenges
  • Ability to mentor younger artists, and set a visual tone with their work
  • Self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic, and communication skills
  • English B2+
