Sales Manager (Animation industry)
We’re interested in hiring a strong sales professional who has experience in the Animation or Film industry (a full-time remote job). We’re glad to offer excellent working conditions for the best candidate.
Job responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify content licensing possibilities on various platforms, channels and evaluate channel/platform needs
- Building and managing an effective sales team
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Creating estimation and predictions of content sales in regions, channels
- Negotiating fees and commercial terms with buyers
- Helping organize the creation of appropriate promotional materials, presentations, pitches for meetings with potential buyers and marketplaces with the marketing team
- Pitching and promoting the content to platforms and channels
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions, festivals, conferences and marketplaces
What do you have:
- 3-5 years experience in sales in an executive position in the industry
- Ability to utilize sales navigation tools
- A superb work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Mastered skills of PowerPoint and Excel (or Google Sheets and Slides)
- Metrics-driven and analytical proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
- Excellent partner and campaign management skills
- Experience managing creative development and demanding creative excellence
- Exceptional communication skills and a true cross-functional collaborator
- English C1+
